Muslim Marriage and Divorce
 The information will help Muslim women be more informed about their rights and practices in relation to marriage and divorce. We also highlight the consequences of being in marriages that are not legally recognised under laws in the UK and provide advice on the steps that can be taken to ensure women are in a legally valid marriage. The advice will also help women going through a divorce to navigate the process and to identify and challenge any discrimination.
