| The Muslim Women's Network Helpline has Helpline workers who take the initial calls on the helpline as well as two Caseworkers who take on more complex cases where a more holistic and ongoing support is needed over many weeks and months. An evaluation was conducted by an independent charity consultation, Amber Shotton, on the Caseworker roles to improve MWNUK's learning and use recommendations to strengthen the helpline service. | |
