MWN set up a faith and culturally sensitive counselling service at the end of 2015. This is the second evaluation since this service was started and covers the three year period 2019 to 2021. The report considers demand, outcomes and how it can be improved. Some key recommendations include increasing the minimum number of sessions offered and offering even more specialised services to meet the needs of service users. |
