Carers Leave Consultation Response (BEIS)

Muslim Women's Network UK have
submitted a written response to The Department for Business, Energy &
Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Consultation on Carer's Leave to give carers a new
right to a week of leave for caring responsibilities. Although the consultation
is looking at unpaid carers leave, this is nevertheless a step in the right
direction and will hopefully pave the way for paid leave. This consultation response was submitted in August 2020. The full response can be
