Helpline Support Worker
 
Sadia has a MA in Politics & Religion and a BA in Islamic Studies from the University of Birmingham. She has trained as a Muslim Chaplain in the NHS providing end of life care and spiritual support and has also worked closely with a counselling project which has led to a keen interest in Muslim mental health and the challenges being faced by minority communities. 

Alongside volunteering with MWN, she is a breastfeeding support volunteer guiding and helping new mums on their feeding journeys'. She has a passion for helping and uplifting others in their time of need. 

Outside of these roles, she keeps busy and active with her three young children, has an ever-growing travel bucketlist and has found a new love post lockdown for exploring nature spots around the UK.
