Muslim Women’s Network UK empowers Muslim women and girls by researching and raising awareness of their experiences, views and rights through advocacy and campaigning. We strive for their meaningful and equal participation.
We need funding to continue:
Responding to enquiries and signposting
Disseminating information online, through workshops and publications
Campaigning to raise awareness of issues, where to get help, and information on rights
Researching to inform campaigns, resource production and policy influencing
We also need funds to set up new projects such as developing a HELPLINE for issues such as domestic violence, forced marriage, FGM, sexual violence / exploitation, discrimination Islamophobia, marriage / divorce, health including mental health, spirituality / faith.
